The role
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creative Specialist to join our team at CarDoctor. This role will be responsible for content planning, copywriting, and creative content development across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will preferably have at least 2 years of experience in the Car service, App/Tech product or e-commerce industry, with a proven track record in writing for PR, SEO, and e-commerce platforms, including expertise in areas such Car service, App/Tech product.
Key responsibilities
1. Content Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with CarDoctor.com.vn, CarDoctor, DriverPlus marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Plan and organize content calendars for social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging content flow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
2. Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of digital content, including blogs, social media posts, website pages, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop high-quality PR articles and press releases that highlight CarDoctor.com.vn, CarDoctor, DriverPlus unique value propositions and attract media attention.
- Create SEO-optimized content that improves search engine rankings, drives organic traffic, and engages target audiences, focusing on keywords related to Car service, App/Tech product.
3. Creative Content Development:
- Conceptualize and create engaging content for e-commerce platforms and live-streaming sessions to promote CarDoctor.com.vn, CarDoctor, DriverPlus services and special offers.
- Develop creative scripts and narratives for video content, including promotional videos, customer testimonials, and tutorials.
- Produce interactive content that enhances user engagement and encourages sharing across social media channels.
4. SEO and Keyword Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for content creation, focusing on Car service, App/Tech product-related services such as flight booking, car rentals, and tour packages.
- Optimize existing and new content for search engines, ensuring it meets best practices for SEO.
- Monitor SEO performance and adjust content strategies based on analytics and search trends.
5. Content Performance Analysis:
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content across various channels, including website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze content performance data to gain insights into audience preferences and behavior, using these insights to refine and improve content strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key content metrics and recommending strategies for improvement.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the design, video production, and social media teams to create cohesive and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, and influencers to produce high-quality content that resonates with CarDoctor.com.vn, CarDoctor, DriverPlus target audience.
- Provide guidance and support to junior content creators, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
7. Innovation and Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the Car service, App/Tech product and e-commerce industries.
- Experiment with new content formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to keep CarDoctor.com.vn, CarDoctor, DriverPlus content fresh and engaging.
- Incorporate feedback from audience and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

Key skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, preferably in the Car service, App/Tech product or e-commerce industry.- Proven experience in writing for PR, SEO, and e-commerce platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.- Expertise in creating content related to App/Tech product.- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and content performance metrics.- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content that drives user engagement and conversion.- Experience with content management systems (CMS/MMS/CRM) and familiarity with basic HTML is a plus.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
