Education Consultant Poly

As an EC, you will represent Poly to introduce to our customers about our products and learning methods.You will also be responsible for finding customer’s needs and consulting them with suitable learning courses, making sure they are happy with our service.
Sales activities (60%):
Prospecting, calling, introducing the company, building trust, clarifying customer’s needs, consultation, class arrangement.
Be responsible for individual target (sales, renew,…)
Customer service(30%):
Handle customers requests and complaints.
Handle customers payments.
Customer satisfaction calling, survey, follow up
Customer communication (start day, end day, test, result reporting,…)
Report and admin (10%):
Sales report, class report, shift report
Classroom management
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications
College/University graduate is an advantage
Well presented and nice voice
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Sales experience (education industry is an advantage)
Growth mindset and love new challenges
Available with working in shifts & comfortable with commission pay structure.
