Under the general direction of the General Manager, or his/her delegate, overseas and directs all aspects of Food & Beverage + Kitchen
• Ensure luxury service quality and efficient service experiences
• Manage the overall F&B operation while developing talents, responsible for staffing and hiring
• Create innovative F&B projects and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
• Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments

• Fluent written and spoken English is required
• Decision maker and influencer – public speaking is required
• Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication/presentation skills
• Minimum 3 years experience and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage preferably in luxury resort
