Assisting the Sales Director in the customer surveys and preparing customer survey report
• Support on-site/remote software and hardware setup, installation, testing and commissioning, problem diagnosis, reporting, and data collection.
• Perform basic training for clients after system commissioning.
• Resolve complaints/feedback and escalate to various levels and functional groups
• Provide support on the operation & Customer service
• Track project status to ensure progress is on track and provide regular project updates
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure their request and needs are met
• To lead a team of supervisors and technicians to carry out their work accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to customer requirement
• Field work to verify existing conditions and to supervise installation and construction where required
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
