Quality Engineer (PQE)

Lead quality assurance activities to fulfill customer expectations and requirements: 1. NPI phase:
- Establish quality standard & spec, define product quality plan (PQP) base on R&D or customer requirements.
- Ensure successfully transition of products from NPI to mass production, apply lesson learned from from previous products
- Perform testing validation, drive all quality issues to ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and safety teamsto set appropriate quality control/Inspection/metrology stations in production line.
- Lead to establish & update PFMEA, QCP, SOP, IPQC/OQC checklist for each product.
2. MP phase:
- Lead quality improvement, sustain actions have deployed in shop floor.
- Coordinate with other teams for quality failures resolution,
- Review CAPA (5C/8D) from owner, define acceptable CAPA.
- Monitor & improve FPY.
- Process capability enhancement through PFMEA, control plan, Mistake proofing.
- Reliability Testing performance review & resolve if happen

Graduated university of Science or Engineering
2-3 years’ experience in quality role of electronic or automotive manufacturing companies
Fluent in spoken, listen and written English is mandatory.
Familiar with industry quality standards and ISO standard. Knowledge on Quality procedures and application of Quality Tools, PPAP, FMEA, 8D report, SPC, 6 Sigma. Good Problem solving and communication skill
