Mid-Level Quality Control

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Control Engineer to evaluate and enhance the quality of our products. This person will have a strong technical background in software testing and quality assurance and be responsible for establishing and improving testing processes across MOOVTEK’s software ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
​​​​​​Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
Manage the end-to-end testing processes, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Stress & Scale Testing, Smoke & Sanity Testing, UAT, OAT, and SAT.
Ensure the testing environment is fully representative of the production environment.
Identify, analyze, and document issues, bugs, defects, and inconsistencies; work closely with development teams to resolve and prevent recurring issues.
Automate testing where possible, leveraging automation frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to define quality requirements and enhance testing methodologies.
Monitor and analyze user feedback and system performance to improve quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement processes for quality assurance and testing workflows.
Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to support iterative development and deployments.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior QA engineers as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality control.
Proven ability to design, develop, and implement quality standards and testing strategies.
Experience working with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
Solid background in manual and automated testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing in DevOps workflows.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with adaptability to change.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
