Supervise, coordinate and control the execution of the MEQ installation, startup and commissioning works to ensure that the works are in line with the agreed scope of services and supplies, execution engineering, quality requirements, terms and conditions of the contracts and applicable rules, norms and standards
Regularly report the progress of work to the SM and participate in the internal Site Meetings, as well meetings with the Client upon request from the SM
Take care that all authority obligations for the MEQ installation, start-up and commissioning works as specified in the construction permit will be implemented accordingly
Carry out quantity surveys and preparation of progress reports / certificates of the MEQ installation, start-up and commissioning works as build
Verify, comment and approve MEQ quantity surveys, progress reports / certificates of the MEQ installation, start-up and commissioning works prepared by the MEQ subcontractors / suppliers
Support the Site Manager in the contract management (scheduling, construction progress, claim management, quality assurance and control, HSE, etc.) regarding the MEQ installation, start-up and commissioning works
Follow-up the engineering documentation submittals to the MEQ subcontractors / suppliers
Accept and take over the MEQ installation, start-up and commissioning works from subcontractors / suppliers, preparation of a punch list and take care about the elimination of defects within the agreed time period
Support the PM and SM during handing over of the MEQ works to the Client up to the achievement of the approved PAC and take care about the elimination of the defects within the agreed time period (if any)
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

Bachelor graduated in relevant specialty or corresponding practical experience in Engineering or Medical Equipment business;
Experience in Laboratory equipment appreciated
Working experience: at least 03 years in same position; and have good ability of team work
Excellent office computer proficiency;
English (capable at medical technical English and fluent in communication, both writing and speaking);
Able to go on business trip when requested; within VN and foreign countries
