Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor’s degree in Optical Communication, Physics, or Electronic Engineering.- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the optical, electric, or mechanical industry.- Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese, both written and spoken.- Strong communication skills and knowledge of 5W2H, 7QC tools, 8D, GR&R, FMEA.
