Inventory Staff/Nhân Viên Hàng Tồn Kho

OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Responsible for checking serial scanning on the system and preparing accurate release documents to hand over to the transport team in time.
BROAD SCOPE: Inventory staff
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely and accurate document handover activities to the transport team, and follow Samsung SOP accordingly.
Ensure 100% inventory btw physical vs system;
Conduct daily inventory counting;
Put away/arrange cargoes in WH logically & neatly;
Receive inbound plan then update receiving status to managers/customer ontime;
Follow VAS activity;
Others tasks assigned by Sup/Manager;
Supervise 5S and Safety;

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: Graduated from high school/college
EXPERIENCE: Warehouse management 2 years
KILLS:
Able to work independently and able to multi-task;
Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any);
Can go to work shifts;
Base English communication skills;
Basic skill in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.);
