Logistics Operation Supervisor

• Receive Shipping Request - S/R from Customer• Contact Carrier / FWD to arrange booking confirmation• Prepare Import- Export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Manifest,...)• Handle docs for import/export shipment• Submit Shipping Instruction – S/I to Carriers to get Master Bill of Lading; (and to Forwarders to get House B/L if shipment via Freight Forwarders)•...

• Fluently in English• At least 3 year experiences in Import-Export field is priority, freight Forwarders, Ship documents.• Good in MS office (specially is Excel)• Graduated from university majoring in import-export, economics, foreign trade, and customs.
