SMT / AI Senior Engineer

1. Manage and train SMT/AI technicians2. Responsible to daily SMT/AI machine performance, efficiency and quality3. Study, provide DFM, stencils and fixtures, programming for new project introduction4. Manage machine maintenance and documentation5. Provide working instruction and assist training of SMT/AI operator6. Spear head monthly improvement7. Responsible for SMT/AI operation safety

1. At least Junior college (mechanism or electronic specialty)2. At least 4 years relevant experience3. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO90004. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.5. With dynamic character to satisfy customer’s demands
