- Experience: 3+ years (ideally 5+) in engineering roles.- Hands-On: Work closely with founders—no bureaucratic layers.- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Startup or founding experience preferred.- Global Perspective: International exposure is a plus.- Strong Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and driven.- Technical: Full-stack proficiency (Python/Django, Redis, PostgreSQL, Alpine.js, HTMX); AI experience a plus but not required.
