Learning & Development Assistant Manager

- Organize and facilitate various training programs/ courses/ workshops with related stakeholders- Design training curriculum and materials, experience with functional/ technical skills is an advantage - Instructional design, preferred eLearning- Deliver soft skills training to workers, C-levels, O-levels- Training management: TNA, Master Training Plan, Database, Reporting & Analysis

- L&D professional domains- Good English, oral and written - Communication, presentation- Planning & Organizing, project management - Design skills and tools, eLearning platforms and Tech are an advantage - Experience as a team lead is a must.
