Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for import and export shipments.• Communicate to provide shipment visibility to customers, avoid any unnecessary costs.• Directly work with customers to perform on time SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, import manifest.• Issuing HBL, HAWB, debit note, arrival notice and arrange payment to suppliers (meet cost, accuracy, and timeliness targets).• Correspondence and follow-up...

• Graduated from university or college majoring in import-export, foreign trade and related disciplines.• Ability to work independently and in a team. Be careful at work. • Have at least 3 years experience in freight forwarding (TP trade is a plus).• Professional and scientific working style.• Proficient in office computer, English communication (Chinese is a plus).
