Trách nhiệm

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector for both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Identify and target new customers in the F&B industry through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B businesses and individual customers.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer suitable F&B product solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value propositions of F&B products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the F&B sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.

Yêu cầu

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • English communication skill
  • Have a connection in Hospitality: Restaurant/ hotel/ Wine Market
  • In-depth knowledge of the F&B market landscape, trends, and competitors.
  • 3+ years of Experience as a Sales Executive in the F&B industry, with a focus on both B2C and B2B sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
