Global People Operations Manager (English, HR)

As a People Operations Manager at Outcubator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a positive employee experience. This multifaceted position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various HR processes, address employee needs, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Global People Operations
Support onboarding, performance reviews, and other people initiatives across multiple countries.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to implement efficient, consistent HR processes.
Assist in improving employer branding and employee lifecycle experiences.
Policy & Compliance
Help develop and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with company values and local labor laws.
Be a go-to resource for process-related employee inquiries and compliance topics.
Performance & Development
Guide and support the performance review process.
Assist managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities.
Employee Experience & Culture
Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, from orientation to integration.
Support employee relations: answer queries, help resolve conflicts, and coordinate feedback loops.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to foster culture.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Language, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR role, preferably in a global tech company or fast-paced environment;
2+ year of experience in leadership roles
Good command of English and the ability to communicate confidently in English;
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Understanding of certain people processes and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset;
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
