Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Supply Chain Executive will be responsible in monitoring the inventory movement, doing the forecast, coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the purchase orders that will be opened are accurate business won't be impacted by out of stock issues or even overstock issues. He/she needs to do sourcing to looking out new potential manufactures, ensuring the production SLA meets the target, and the quality of the product that needs to be delivered are acceptable. He/she also needs to make sure that inventory level of our products is every fulfillment center are healthy. In terms of ensuring the products category, he/she needs to take an initiative to coordinate with Sales team and Finance team in order to make action plan for non-moving and near expiry products

Job Description:

- Monitoring stock movement on daily basis to make sure the quality and quantity of the products reflected on the reports are accurate

- Continous improvement of looking for new sourcing of manufactures partners that can support to produce a better quality products for the Geo

- Create a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in terms of operation through accurate reports

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for purchase orders to ensure the products quantity that needs to be ordered are accurate

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times of the products to send to fulfillment

Daily Routines:

- Update and monitor stock movement on daily basis

- Comes up with forecast calculation to avoid out of stock issue that can be occurred by sales performance

- Coordinate with Logistic and Sales team to get the information of sales plan based on BD leads plan and sales strategy

- Coordinates with manufacture vendors to ensure production time and distribution process starting from PO opening until goods delivered to fulfiilment centre on time

Ocassionally Routines:

- Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in processes

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

- Education: Graduate from University at least (Bachelor Degree);

- Major: All Major;

- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in the equivalent position

- Skills required: - fluent in English (written and verbally)

- Strong at data processing, intrepetation, and reporting

- Strong supply chain knowledge and have an experience in supply demand process at least 1 year

- Strong at vendor manangement to coordinate with 3rd party manufactures

- Rich knowledge in sorucing company database

Specialized Knowledge:

- Rich knowledge on supply and demand operation

- Great communicators to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Data oriented and strong attention to detail

- Comfortable using Excel and another tools to do manual data processing

- Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization

- Ability to discuss and reach an agreement in a professional manner with 3rd party manufactures

- Ability to manage and analyze a situation and develop a professional solution to the organization
