JOB’S PURPOSE/MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC
• Extract volume from design drawings and make cost estimates for construction
Bóc tách khối lượng từ bản vẽ thiết kế và lập dự toán cho công trình
JOB RESPONSIBILITY/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC
• Reading and checking the contract and construction drawings
Kiểm tra hợp đồng và bản vẽ
• Quantity take off base on provided drawings (Architectural, Structural…etc.).
Bốc tách khối lượng theo bản vẽ được cũng cấp
• Request the pricing from other Departments, Suppliers
Lấy báo giá từ bộ phận khác và nhà cung cấp
• Cooperate with the other Departments to confirm, resolving issues before ordering
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác xử lý vấn đề phát sinh trong thời gian xây dựng
• Confirm/ raise the Purchase Orders for variations or issues in construction time
Xác nhận và đặt hàng cho các phát sinh trong quá trình xây dựng
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from University/College with major of Construction Management and Economics, Civil Engineer
Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành xây dựng, kinh tế xây dựng.
• At least 1 years of experiences in estimating
Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vự dự toán
• Able to calculate the exact quantity
Khả năng tính toán chính xác.
• Good knowledge of AutoCad, Excel and estimating software
Sử dụng tốt Autocard, Excel và các phần mềm lập dự toán.
• Can work independently and teamwork well.
Kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm, làm việc độc lập
• Experienced with Australian house is an advantage
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm dự toán công trình nhà gỗ (thị trường Úc)
• Able to work under pressure
Chịu được áp lực công việc.
• Good command in written and spoken English
