- Implement instructions from superiors regarding salary and benefits
- Control work tables of departments in the factory
- Calculate salary and salary-based benefits according to company procedures, synthesize and submit monthly payroll (coordinate with accounting to check)
- Update and store employee salary data
- Manage employee records related to salaries
- Prepare and submit payments for leave and maternity leave benefits for employees
- Labor contract management (new signing, re-signing, ...)
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University with majors: Business Administration, Human Resource Management,...
- Have knowledge of human resources work at the enterprise for 5 years or more
- Hold a similar position for at least 2 years or 1 year at an MNC
- Good ability to interact with departments
- Problem solving skills. Planning skills
- Sense of responsibility, proactive, ready to support
