Underwriting Senior Executive, Product Non-Motor

• Support Sales to underwrite Non-motor products (mainly property and casualty) within delegated authority and Company’s Underwriting guideline and objectives.
• Handle daily referral requests from Sales and give feedback in a professional manner and within standard timeline.
• Monitor and maintain policy wordings, UW statistic reports and other document templates, etc.
• Review and contribute opinions to improve policy wordings, products and risk acceptance process to ensure profitable business growth, efficient control and convenient communication among stakeholders.
• Get involved in new product development tasks.
• Conduct underwriting trainings for internal stakeholders.
• Other underwriting/reinsurance work as assigned by direct manager.

• A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, and related fields
• At least 3 year experience in property and casualty insurance with sound product and technical knowledge (underwriting experience and basic reinsurance knowledge is preferable).
• Good knowledge of local market
• Experience in product development is preferable.
• Good communication both verbal & written (Vietnamese & English) and teamwork skill.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Innovative thinking.
