Are you an experienced Structural Engineer with a bachelor’s and or master’s degree in engineering, and a minimum of 5 years in Australian construction? If you're ready to advance your career and step into a leadership role, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As our Engineering Manager, you’ll leverage your expertise to lead our engineering team, oversee structural projects, and drive excellence in every aspect of our work.

- Lead with Expertise: Manage and mentor a skilled team of engineers, creating a collaborative and innovative work

environment. Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support your team’s professional development.

- Oversee Projects: Direct structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion. Ensure projects are

executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Drive Innovation: Apply your advanced knowledge in structural engineering to develop and implement innovative

solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure engineering

designs meet project goals and client expectations. Your coordination will be key to successful project outcomes.

- Ensure Quality: Implement and uphold stringent quality control processes. Review engineering designs and calculations

to ensure compliance with Australian building codes and standards.

- Improve Processes: Identify and drive improvements in engineering processes and practices. Foster a culture of

continuous learning and development within your team

- Manage Documentation: Oversee the accurate documentation of engineering designs, processes, and revisions. Ensure

all records are current and support project development and regulatory compliance.

Who You Are:

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in engineering from an accredited Australian institution.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering within the Australian construction industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in structural engineering software and tools. In-depth understanding of Australian building codes and standards.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and drive engineering success.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. A minimum 6.5 IELTS score.

- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to engineering with a commitment to delivering precise and high-quality results.
