Ideally located in Europe‘s Logistics hub, Germany, LEE GLOBAL LOGISTICS GMBH was founded in March 2011 with an aim to compete amongst the Freight Forwarders based in Europe.
Despite being a relatively new company, we are rapidly growing by virtue of our qualified staffs who hold over 10 years of extensive first-hand experience and dedication.

- Prepare documents, verify validity, and send documents to partners and agents.
- Contact shipping line and airlines to submit bookings, submit bills of lading, VGM, and monitor the coordination of goods until they leave the port
- Make a Pre-alert, send documents to customers and agents.
- Contact customers, update the status of the shipment for all relevant parties.
- Send information about shipment and the bill of lading to customers.
- Chasing cargoes and making payment proposals for shipping companies and partners related to the shipment.
- Open, track, and close files in the system.
- Perform other relevant tasks as requested by superiors.
- Contact the agent to get booking, nominate agent to handle cargoes
- Chasing the shipment, and update the status of shipment for customers
- Check the bill of lading and documents with the customer
- Receive Pre alert from the agent.
- Work with the shipping line to handle any arising issues during the cargo handling process.
- Works in Vietnam time (based on German timezone in summer and winter)

- Monthly salary:14-15 millions

- Graduated from university with a major in import-export or logistics from universities.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Capable of teamwork or working independently.
- At least 2-3 years in an equivalent position in the forwarding field.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and report.
- Careful in work.
- Passionate and committed to the job, with the intention of working long-term.
