Trách nhiệm
- Contacting carriers/ airline for checking/updating rate and schedule.
- Arranging shipping schedule base on customer’s plan, requesting booking from carriers & releasing booking to customer.
- Submitting SI, VGM to carrier, issuing B/L
- Sending pre-alert, loading confirmation, shipment report...
- Keeping tracking vessel status & updating to customer/agent
- Checking some conditions to make BL for shpr to export if required by L/C or need certificate.
- Following, making & arranging payment/debit note/statement to carrier/customer/agent.
- G1 system.
- Working with vendor, supplier for arrange custom clearance, trucking service, ....
- Solving any related issue from beginning to end of shpt if any.
- Do other jobs assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
Experience: from 4 year.
Preferred: Working experience in Korean company or Logistics/forwarding industry
Starting: As soon as possible.
Requirement: CV must be in English/ Interview will be English.
Quyền lợi
- Lunch 35.000VND/day, Birthday 500.000VND/year, Women day 1.000.000VND/year
