Trách nhiệm
- Quản lý các công việc chung của bộ phận kinh doanh; Nhận báo cáo từ Trưởng phòng kinh doanh về các công việc cụ thể hàng tuần;
- Định hướng kinh doanh đối với toàn bộ phòng, đặt các mục tiêu kinh doanh cần đạt theo tuần/ tháng/ quý;
- Bàn bạc với Ban giám đốc về Mục tiêu kinh doanh trong năm, đề xuất yêu cầu nguyện vọng của các nhân viên trong bộ phận kinh doanh
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên/ Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh trong những vấn đề cần sự có mặt của Ban lãnh đạo, khi làm việc với các cơ quan Nhà nước.
- Duyệt các yêu cầu tuyển dụng, thay đổi điều chuyển nhân sự trong bộ phận.
- Quản lý tất cả các vấn đề ảnh hưởng tới việc phát triển kinh doanh Công ty: đầu tư mới, mở rộng thị trường, nghiệp vụ nhân viên kinh doanh và công viêc nhân viên nghiệp vụ
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp: Cao đẳng/ Đại học;
- Sales: 6 năm vị trí tương đương;
- Quản lý: 3 năm tương đương;
- Sử dụng thành thạo Office: Word, Excel...
- Nhanh nhẹn, học hỏi nhanh, có tâm huyết với công việc, đam mê sales
- Yêu cầu ngoài lề: Có thể uống rượu, không bị say xe, làm việc trên điện thoại và laptop khi đi công tác
