In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Master Data Management department, using your skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including other departments and VINFAST's partners, to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the automotive sector/industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Establish processes, regulations, and mechanisms for data control and implement items to ensure data quality
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a liaison between business units and Master Data Management, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of business solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process maps, and project plans
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and business process modeling
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Good command of English (4 skills)
