We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Analyst to join our product development department. As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to learn and understand user needs clearly and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows (Such as: Create Feature List, Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Architecture Design, Database Design, Basic Design, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Involved in market research, user research, usability testing to understand users and market needs.
- Create and manage product documents including:
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
