• Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mobile crane, and crawler cranes.
• Operate crane for testing, inspection, diagnosis and troubleshoot.
• Conduct new or used crane training and commissioning.
• Conduct crane inspection, prepare inspection report and recommended new replacement parts.
• Conduct crane erection training for mobile telescopic and crawler crane types.
• Apply electrical, electronically, hydraulically and mechanical theory and related crane knowledge to rectify crane faults.
• Perform remote diagnostics in real time using crane error codes that provided by customer.
• Perform crane fault diagnostics using Liebherr Service Software (i.e. Sculi, LIDIA etc )
• Perform crane software downloading.
• Test mechanical and electrical products and crane equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on Liebherr telescopic mobile ( LTM ) or crawler ( LR ) cranes.
• Read, understand and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals and technical drawings
• Complete assigned paperwork as to procedures. As a minimum time sheet, work report, expense report in the latest available version. Fill out all forms properly including customer’s signature where applicable.
• Promote a safe work environment by following on site safety rules and ensuring the group and self-follow established safety procedures.
• Complete jobs independently with as little assistance from others as possible.
• Maintain company service literature and maintains a high awareness of technical changes.
• Adherence to a comprehensive code of conduct.
• Perform any other reasonable additional duties as assigned.
• Preparation and travel oversea for any job assignment.
• Ensures jobs are complete to the satisfaction of customers.

• Posses with basic hydraulic and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work in heavy machinery environment, under chassis or work at height.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Possess a valid car driving license.
• Degree: College, university degree.
• Read and understand domestic and international technical standards and regulations.

• Ability to travel overseas for servicing and repairing works.

• Meticulous and self-motivated working attitude (especially in stressful situation).
• Physical demands, e.g. lifting & carrying wire ropes, reaching, climbing ladders & stairways, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and significant finger dexterity are necessary.
