Service Manager

- Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese
- Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project
- Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration
- Create and maintain project documents and reports
- Facilitate project meetings
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed

- Minimum of 3 years of experience (excluding freelance work)
- Korean: TOPIK 5+
- English: Business English
- Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement
- Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude

Nice to have:

- 1+ years of related experience in software development company
- Experience working as IT Comtor or Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, etc.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
- Experience working with Korean Clients
