Marketing Operation (CDP Client Success) that we need is a potential marketer who has a passion for technologies and demand to implement CDP solutions to marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Possess knowledge of segmentation, web personalization, customer journey, lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing
• Use CDP’s essential features like Segmentation, Email, SMS, Zalo, Web Personalization, and QR code to run automated marketing campaigns
• Collect results of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics such as ROI, conversion rate, and growth rate,...
• Support the Product team to train new features for customers and suggest possible improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and technologies
• Work closely with leaders to identify KPIs, present results, and define recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 9- 12 months of working experience in a relevant role with automation, growth marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns,...
• Experience in working with Marketing Automation platforms (SFMC Automation, CDP Platforms) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
