- Work closely with Hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position;
- Handle full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening CV, conducting the interview sorting the candidates to fill the opening IT positions;
- Define and implement recruitment strategies for short and long term;
- Promote company's reputation and attract suitable candidates through candidate databases, social networks, job fair activities, etc;
- Execute onboarding and offboarding process;
- Collaborate with other networks such as recruitment companies or services, universities, coding schools to get talented candidates.
Yêu cầu
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment,
- Experience in Business Development or Recruitment Consultant position at headhunting firms is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Dynamic, extroverted, and highly active on social networks and professional platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
