Trách nhiệm
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and product development, to design solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact between business units and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments for proposed solutions, ensuring that all potential risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated in alignment with banking regulations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to support project delivery and compliance.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, providing regular updates and insights as needed.
- Support the testing phase by validating that solutions meet business requirements and identifying any issues or discrepancies, ensuring quality and compliance before deployment.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and specifying business requirements.
- Experience in specifying and designing applications, domain banking or finance.
- Understanding of Citad, Swift, Tax submission business.
- Understanding of Transaction Checking and Reconciliation.
- Experience in querySQL.
- Experience working on Oracle database.
- Careful, quickly absorbing new technology solutions and applying them to work.
- Proficient in building business requirement specification documents.
- Withstand high pressure from project priority and timeline
- Delivered products of good quality, limiting errors.
- Thoroughly test (unit test) before handing over to the testing team.
