Advertising Marketing Director

We are looking for an experienced Advertising Marketing Director to develop and implement the company’s advertising and marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have extensive digital marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and a well-established network in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising and marketing strategy to enhance brand influence and drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction and ensuring team performance goals are met.
• Utilize TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major advertising platforms to create effective marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and expand key partnerships in the advertising industry, including advertisers, media agencies, and other business partners.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to optimize marketing strategies and improve advertising performance.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective and high-impact advertising investments.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance using data-driven insights and continuously optimize strategies.

• 7+ years of experience in advertising and digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong brand awareness and extensive experience in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam’s current advertising landscape and latest marketing trends.
• A well-established network within the advertising and media industry.
• Expertise in TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major digital advertising platforms, with a proven track record in campaign execution and success.
• Excellent communication, management, and team coordination skills.
• Fluent in English (Vietnamese proficiency is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Age requirement: 28-35 years old.
