Trách nhiệm

  • Receive, clarify, analyze, and consult on business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create mock-up/wireframe, detailed and professional documentation.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to technical teams.
  • Working closely with Develop and QC teams to clearly understand requirements and solutions.
  • Update continuously the changes in functionality of the product which stakeholders require.
  • Follow, report and create software contract during the project.
  • Create user guidance documentation, conduct demo and present the product for user.
  • Other support tasks.

Yêu cầu

General requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BA role.
Technical requirements
  • Ability to use tool (Click-up).
  • Proficiency in ULM, BPMN, Figma tool.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to end-users in understandable terms.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on project CRM, Portal, and Website.
  • Ability to work as soon as possible.
  • BA related qualification is a plus.
