Trách nhiệm
- Prepare and process export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export procedures.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with customers and partners to update shipment status and resolve any document-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documents.
- Support the sales and logistics teams in handling export-related tasks.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in export documentation or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for document handling and communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and related software for documentation processing.
- Willingness to travel abroad when required.
- Honest, with a strong commitment to long-term work
