Trách nhiệm

  • Develops and maintains current information describing availability of IWCA Chapter Members’ coffees.
  • Actively grows and maintains a network of strategic partners to support, build capacity, and ensure the success of IWCA Chapters and the global network.
  • Solicits and maintains IWCA Global database of success stories, impacts & inspirations, and chapter membership information.
  • Oversees and facilitates flow of information between Chapters, other Regional Coordinators, Communications Manager, Chapter Relations Committee and the IWCA Executive Director and Board of Directors.
  • Manages inquiries as related to IWCA Chapters and Chapters in Formation.
  • Manages the Chapter Formation Protocol Process, with support from the IWCA Global BOD Secretary, the IWCA Chapter Relations Committee, Chapter’s Assistant and IWCA Executive Director.
  • Oversees and follow up on Chapters performance, upon IWCA Strategic Plan, Chapter’s Participation Requirements and IWCA Code of Conduct.
  • Support IWCA Global and IWCA Chapters to the good use of the License Agreement Program.
  • Coordinates booth set-up at expos and event logistics such as SCA Expo, World of Coffee, Biannual IWCA Convention, Origin Trips, AFCA, etc.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, sustainable development or equivalent experience;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with innovative approach to business planning;
  • Strong public relations, public speaking, marketing;
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills;
  • Fluent verbal and written English required; bi-lingual in Spanish, French, and/or other languages;
  • Knowledge of leadership and management principles related to U. S. 501(c)(3) organizations.
