Chief Developer / Software Architect–ERP Software

-  Explore, Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database)
- Present and discuss technical solutions with directors
- Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development for junior Devs
-  Support the team in creating a proposal for a new scope of projects/modies
- Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter
- Support the team in handling production technical issues: debugging, performance, workload, security...
-  Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology

- Proven experience in a Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and development
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Integrity and passion for code quality and improvement, passion for sharing knowledge to build a quality Developer team
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage the security risk
