Educator/Instructor (IELTS/TOEIC/PTE/SAT...)

Deliver lessons at ZIM English Language Centers as assigned by the Center; class formats include Offline and/or Online.
Collaborate with other departments to create a comfortable learning environment.
Develop and implement personalized learning solutions for each student.
Write academic articles for publication on the website.
(Optional) Participate in professional activities or other R&D projects at ZIM.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Passion for Teaching English: Enjoys teaching and engaging with students.
Personality: Cheerful, energetic, and positive.
Skills: Strong in lesson design and delivery; capable of assessing learning challenges and creating effective solutions.
Language Proficiency Knowledge: Familiar with language proficiency certificates, including structure, scoring, and evaluation methods.
Research and Writing Skills: Basic research skills and ability to write academic content.
Language Proficiency Certificates (Minimum Scores):
IELTS Teachers: 7.5 IELTS (no skill below 6.5).
TOEIC Teachers: 900 TOEIC.
PTE Teachers: 80 PTE.
VSTEP Teachers: 8.5 VSTEP.
Educational and Certification Requirements (Not Mandatory):
Bachelor's degree in English Teaching or English Language Studies.
And/Or one or more teaching qualifications: TESOL, CELTA, TKT, DELTA, TEFL, TESL, or other recognized teaching certifications.
Certifications can be obtained before assuming the official teaching role.
Optional Skills:
Conducting research on personalized and contextualized language teaching and learning.
Designing intellectual products like books, curricula, self-study materials, videos, and test preparation resources.
