HR Team Lead

- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth and effective operations.- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of high-quality talent.- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and policies.- Coordinate employee training and development programs.- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees and managers.- Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Collaborate with the management team to highlight areas of improvement regarding risk management by recommending and implementing strategies for HR process advancement.- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues.- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- In-depth knowledge of HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.- Proven track record of managing HR projects and initiatives effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
