Finance Business Partner

Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Provide in-depth financial analysis and support for key business decisions, focusing on cost efficiency, profitability, and financial forecasting.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting variances from budget and identifying areas for improvement.
Business Partnership & Strategy Development:
Work closely with business units such as BUs/Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve business performance and achieve strategic goals.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
Cost Management & Efficiency Optimization:
Analyze cost structures and operational efficiency to drive cost-saving initiatives across the business.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the profitability of business operations.
Financial Modeling & Business Case Development:
Develop financial models to evaluate potential business opportunities, investments, and projects.
Provide financial support in the development of business cases for new projects or investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments and provide financial advice and support to ensure effective decision-making.
Work as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering actionable financial insights and driving accountability for financial performance.
Improvement: Digital transformation
Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making and financial performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the business’s financial management.
Other related tasks in case necessary/ or following CFO requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis or business partnering role, with a strong understanding of business operations and finance.
Experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Strong background in financial modeling, cost management, and performance analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, analysis, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with Accounting Software, ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
