Contractor, Finance System Management

Key Accountabilities (1)
Work directly with Business division and Business Finance to understand management data exploit requirement for business decision of each division. On that basis, give utilizing consult about management data exploitment, as well as build flexible, utilizing database to meet analysing unit, business unit's multy-dimension analysing requirement.
Create data control checkpoint to assure data entirement from source (T24, Mysis), through operating process in systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA …) to final report. Ensure data dimension consistency in all handling steps.
Assess risk level of bug in related systems - basis for management report, for resolution, cooperate with IT division to ensure data accuracy, presents the right nature, assure the general management data resource.
Propose new data exploit method, new process, data flow for management report when a specialized system is golived. In addition to organizing, improving and updating new process/guideline about new business/report system.
Guideline, resolve the principle, function, data handling method of systems related to management data. Advisory about utilizing operation solution to meet diversified requirement of BU. Clearly understand working process, high cooperate spirit to guide, analyse the data report process for BU
Advisory about guideline và management policy based on system ability. In addition to be risk control checkpoint of data source, analyze effect of change in policy, requirement of data prior to management report.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Work directly with IT division to analyse and technical design the business requirement, ensure the entirement of management information system, as well as ensure integration with bankwide general architecture, ensure system comparation
Apply new systems to build management report, contribute to a consistent management database, in addition, orientate other department in Center, Division to exploit data in new systems
Join in collecting end-user information, requirement, analize business requirement (including new and changed requirement) to propose preliminary solution in related systems, develop and maintain BA/technical document, develop and build these requirement, reports in approved data area of systems.
Develop analyzing models. Design data structure within approved area, propose solution to build data structure, data handling flow in systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, MA tool…) to assure exploitment/operation/upgrade system, management report database is smoothly performed, assure consistency between data in business systems and management reports
Propose development solution, build and automate management report as well as change report method in suitable systems to meet requirement of bank's business units as well as management units. Operate periodical report and build ad-hoc report on request of management units.

Domain Expertise
01 years experience, deep-dive in management report, banking finance accounting, auditing, and financial banking. Experienced in banking financial traditional and modern activity, product, banking management report information system, database, report development.
Relevant experience with data query tools, language (SQL), database and have experience in other programming language (Python, R...) will be advantageous.
Analysis/analytics
Qualifications
University or higher degree from Economics, Finance, Banking or IT university. Prefer post-graduate degree or specialized education in economics, banking, finance or management information system, financial database management and specially international financial program.
