Technical Project Manager

Oversee all aspects of several software development projects, including project planning, resource management, risk management, quality management
Conduct regular assessment on project status for timely reporting to stakeholders
Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure overall quality of project delivery before handing over to customers
Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with projects
Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes
Work closely with customer directly on all works of project
Manage a large team including partner personnel and member

At least 8 years of working experience in Software Development and minimum 4 years in the PM role
Experience in coaching and managing teams using Agile methodologies
Have experience on development and coding project which's using Java Spring
Have the ability to consult and provide technical solutions for the team
Have communication skills from project team and other stakeholders relevant
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field
Have knowledge of Frontend (React) is a plus
Have experience to work Korean client is a plus
English skill is required - including speaking and writing
