Learning & Development Consultant (SotaEdu)

Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and identify Learning & Development (L&D) needs across departments.
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored for IT professionals, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
Manage the end-to-end execution of training plans in compliance with the company’s strategy and approved annual plans.
Work closely with internal trainers and external vendors to develop high-quality learning content.
Oversee training logistics, monitor budgets, and ensure seamless program execution.
Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven evaluations and generate insightful reports.
Contribute to L&D initiatives, including internal events and activities that foster a continuous learning culture.
Support additional L&D-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, HR, Education, or related fields.
Familiarity with one of techstacks: python, java, c, c#, C++
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, IT training, or instructional design.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, tools, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and drive engagement in learning initiatives at mid-to-senior levels.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Nice-to-have:
Proficiency in English; Korean is a strong plus.
Experience working in an IT company or tech-driven environment.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Basic design skills (image editing, video creation, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve training effectiveness.
