JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in various systems and applications.
• Manage the company's hardware infrastructure: including desktops, laptops, mice, keyboards, headphones, webcam, …  and other peripherals.
Storage, repair, maintenance
Periodic inventory and reporting
Proactively propose reasonable liquidation, new purchase, replacement, etc. plans
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and network devices.
• Support to ensure quick resolution of technical issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain HTML-based email templates, and other digital assets according to project requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:
• Candidates with a degree in computer science/information technology.
• Know about hardware systems, computer software, office applications, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• English skills are at a medium level or higher
