Technical Lead

Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and systems, reflecting on design choices and trade-offs
Constantly improve the standards of software by following the industry best practices
Manage projects with ownership and deliver features on schedule
Mentor and train other team members to improve their skills

Qualifications:
Experience in design/implementation/troubleshooting for web applications
Experience in leading a team of more than 3 for 5+ years
Experience in statically typed languages for 5+ years. Java/Kotlin is preferred
Experience with object-oriented programming
Experience with Spring Boot or similar web framework
Business level English and Native Vietnamese
Nice to have:
Experience with GraphQL / gRPC
Experience with ReactJS / React Native
Experience with functional programming
Experience with Kubernetes & Docker
Experience with public clouds
