Learning & Development (L&D) Intern (Full-Time)

Support the process of research and develop quality educational products that follow adult learning principles and backward design models in instructional design that meet client's requirements and ensures a positive learning experience for learners.
Conduct research from diverse and reliable sources to look for content that meets design requirements and ways that content can be transferred and conveyed diversely
Support the development of learning material packages that create positive learning experiences by applying adult learning principles, backward design model and ADDIE model as cornerstones
Observe class on site or online and gather information on the delivery of materials and teacher's effectiveness
Support teachers delivering activities in class (i.e. answering questions of learners, organizing activities, explaining materials)
Collect and analyze feedback from both learners and teachers on practicality of learning content and positiveness of learning experience

Position Requirements:
Experience:
Experience supporting classes in English teaching centers is welcomed.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: English language, English language teacher education, English interpretation/translation, Human resources management, Business administration
Optional: International English Proficiency Certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC)
