Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist Fulltime

Research and develop quality educational products that follow adult learning principles and backward design model in instructional design that meet client's requirements and ensures a positive learning experience for learners
Join meetings with clients to understand more about client's training requirements, client's business context, and learning constraints from Business Development team
Conduct continuous research from diverse and reliable sources to look for ways that content can be transferred and conveyed diversely
Develop learning material packages that create positive learning experiences by applying adult learning principles, backward design model and ADDIE model as cornerstones
Observe class on site or online to evaluate how training materials are delivered compared to design
Support teachers quickly during course implementation phase (i.e. providing extra resources, answering questions, updating materials)
Analyze feedback from both learners and teachers on practicality of learning content and positiveness of learning experience
Continuously improve learning materials to adapt to both training needs and past feedback

I. Position Requirements:
Experience:
Recent graduates who want to start a career in the L&D field.
6 months of experience working in the L&D field in corporates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or certificate in one of the following majors: English language, English language teacher education, English interpretation/translation, Human resources management, Business administration.
Optional: International English Proficiency Certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CELPIP).
Optional: Certificate(s) in HR/Talent & Development courses.

Basic knowledge of Learning & Development in Talent Management field

Apply instructional design models to when receiving client's request and developing a full package of learning materials
Apply adult learning principles when considering how to design activities and arrange information
Use AI to support the development of course materials
Evaluate feedback from clients and learners for improvement and future proposals
