Account Payable Accountant

The Accounts Payable Accountant will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions. This role is critical to maintaining vendor relationships, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the organization’s financial health through meticulous record-keeping and process improvement.
Process vendor invoices, execute payments and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile vendor accounts, AP sub-ledger, and GR/SR accounts monthly.
Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Identify process improvements and implement AP automation tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, Proficiency in written and spoken English, proficiency in using MS office.
Careful and diligent in work, strong communication skills and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Possesses business acumen and commercial insight.
