Sales Admin/Sales Operation (Junior - Senior)

Making all sales, KPI reports. Analyse datas, making graphs or presentation under supervion of Sales & Marketing Manager.Collecting orders from customers and sales. Follow up orders internally as well as externally with customers. Weekly report about sales forecast to Planning Team. Input and follow on ERP system
Doing Sales admin activities: Quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, sales kits, preparing for Marketing and Sales activities like Promotions, Training, Fairs, Travelling,...
Participating on ERP, CRM, Website project, Marketing and Communication activities depending on ability
Take care of Key Accounts, follow and improve services.

University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology or relevant.
At least 1 - 2 year’s experience in Sales Admin/Sales Operation or Data Sales/Sales Support/Sales Manager Assistant (strong Sales/Revenue Data, Sales Forecast), having experience in customer service is a plus.
Good at Excel.Experienced with Power BI or Data Visualization Dashboard is big plus.Having experience working with ERP, CRM systems or supply chain management from order receipt to delivery.
Good at English skill (verbal/non-verbal)Proficiency in professional reports and modern communication tools.Reliable, hard-working, passioned, service-minded and having high responsibility ability, and result oriented.
