Application and Service Engineer for Robotics – HCM Office

Main Responsibilities: - Support sales team to work out technical and commercial proposals.- Handle after Sales Service for robotics (warranty, spare parts, maintenance and inspection service, installation, commissioning, training ...) and ensure customer's satisfaction.- Support robotics sales team in product applications, marketing, and sales activities.

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Automation/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical- Working Experience: 2-4 years in Factory Robotic and Automation engineering (robots & machines). Prefer young and dynamics candidates.- Relevant technical background for factory automation (machines, PLC, Inverter, Servo, robot knowledge as plus…). - Good command of English: reading, writing and speaking.- Good skills of computer software: AutoCAD or Inverter/Solid work, some...
