Senior Network Administration

Working with the Project team to come up with the Network design, Budget estimation, and timeline for the Network setup.
Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, firewalls, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
Managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.

Business proficiency level of English (must have).
At least 4 years of proven experience in IT positions, preferably as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or other similar roles.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
Experienced with Cisco switches and routers.
Hands-on experience with common software and hardware used for Network Engineering/Administration.
MCSA/MCSE/CCNA certification is a big plus
